Users can enter Third Party Beneficiary details and bank accounts by clicking the ‘Beneficiaries’ tab 

from the Dashboard and following the onscreen instructions.


Requires user role ‘User can add Third-Party Beneficiary bank accounts.’






Additional information about the third party will be requested for compliance purposes.




Once these details are saved, the User can add a new bank account to the third party recipient




Users must specify the country the bank account is located in and the currency.


 


If an IBAN is available, our validation software will ensure it is valid and generate all available information into the required fields.


 



If no IBAN is available, the user can manually enter the necessary details.


We require a minimum combination of Account Number and SWIFT code in order to send SWIFT payments to an account.


 


Once saved, the third party beneficiary bank account will be available for selection when instructing a payment via Monex Pay.


Viewing and Editing Third-Party Beneficiary and Bank Details


Users can view their saved accounts at any time by clicking the Beneficiaries tab and selecting ‘Third Party Beneficiaries’.



For editing Third-Party Beneficiary details, the user clicks the beneficiary name and either the ‘Edit Beneficiary’ button or the relevant bank account name, then the ‘Edit Bank Account Details’ button.
