ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Users can securely and efficiently manage bank account details, beneficiaries and individual Monex Pay user permissions.
New users can be added by administrators by selecting the Users tab on the Dashboard and Add user. Personal details and user permissions can be selected on this page.
User permissions include creating and managing account details, managing approval steps and user accessibility across the business.
NOTIFICATION MANAGEMENT
Administrators can also update their email distribution list via the Notifications tab on the Dashboard.
Individual and group addresses can be added here and can be subscribed to receive automated emails from Monex such as Contract notes, Incoming payment notifications and also outgoing payment notification.
