Once you've been created as a user by Monex or an administrator on your account, you will receive an invitation email to your designated email address.
This email will contain your User ID
If you are an administrator, you can view all user information on the Users tab on the Dashboard page and selecting the users full name.
Selecting the 'Remember my username' option on the Monex Pay homepage will auto-populate the field each time you visit the page.
Please contact support if you are unable to retrieve your User ID.
