Users can enter bank accounts in the client own name by clicking the Beneficiaries icon from the Dashboard and following the onscreen instructions.


Requires user role ‘User can add clients own bank accounts.’

  


 



Users must specify the country the bank account is located in and the currency.




If an IBAN is available, our validation software will ensure it is valid and generate all available information into the required fields.




If no IBAN is available, the user can manually enter the necessary details.


We require a minimum combination of Account Number and SWIFT code in order to send SWIFT payments to an account.




Users can designate a clients own bank account as a default delivery account for the currency by specifying during the account creation process.


Requires user role ‘User can add clients own bank accounts.’

Third Party bank details cannot be designated as default delivery accounts.




This means when we receive trade settlement for trades purchasing the bank account currency, the purchase will automatically be sent to the designated default bank account without the need to instruct the payment. 



Viewing and Editing Client’s Own Bank Details


Users can view their saved accounts at any time by clicking the Beneficiaries menu and selecting ‘Clients Own Bank Accounts’.



The user can click the account name and the ‘Edit Bank Account Details’ button to amend the details and save.
