The app can be downloaded onto a new device by searching ‘Monex Pay’ in the relevant app store. Once the app has been downloaded successfully and the username and password has been entered, a 6-digit security code will be sent to the registered email address.



The security code can be entered onto the app to verify the device for security purposes.



An email confirmation will automatically be sent when login details are used on a new device. 



Each time the user logs into Monex Pay or performs an action where 2FA is required a push notification will be sent to the users registered device in order to proceed.


Linked devices can be viewed/locked online at any time by selecting the 'My Profile' tab on the dashboard  then 'Linked Devices'.
