By default 1 user is required to execute a trade and approve an onward payment instruction.
The administrator can update the number of users required to approve trade drafts on Monex Pay by selecting the Client profile tab on the Dashboard.
If the number of users required to approve trade drafts are increase one user can create a trade draft including the buy and sell currency pair, fixed side and value date.
A notification email is then sent to the trade draft approver to review and either reject or proceed to the rate and execute the trade.
The maximum number of users required to approve a trade trade is 5.
Multi approval can also be activated for payments.
This can be enabled upon receipt of email and telephone confirmation from the administrator on account.
If enabled the number of users required to approve a payment can be viewed under the Payments tab then Payments requiring approval.
