Shortly after becoming a client of MonFX, every authorised signatory on the account will receive an invitation email to their designated email address.
By clicking the link in the email, the user can create their user credentials. Once on-boarded, they will be able to add and set permissions for new users.
If you were not originally set as an authorised signatory on the account, please contact the account administrator who will be able to add you from the Users section of their MonFX Pay account.
